The successful candidate must be able to provide internal and external support from the first pre-sales scoping, to installation, through ongoing support and maintenance, working closely with customers IT departments or partners to understand their specific infrastructure, deployment needs, and capabilities in order to ensure customer success. This role is part of a global team responsible for customer success with deploying SoftMax Pro GxP software at customer sites. KEY RESPONSBILITIES: * Deliver (remote and occasionally on-site) IT infrastructure support, including installation and maintenance, of SoftMax Pro GxP compliance software at customer sites. * Provide technical guidance and play a lead role in managing customer deployments of SoftMax Pro GxP server-client configurations and ensure all system infrastructure requirements are met, beginning with the pre-sales process. * Work closely with the external customer, as well as the internal Sales team, Scientific Technical Support, Scientific Field Applications and Product Development teams throughout the sales and deployment process. * Contribute to the understanding and development of resolutions to issues as well as system enhancements. * Gain an appropriate level of understanding of the customer usage of the application to help manage installation and deployments successfully. * Travel to customers as required.
